In the video below you can see how to create and edit training activities in the platform, and devide the activities into different activitygroups. (Video 15 mins 34 secs)
To work with the training activities in the platform, you navigate to the Admin menu, scroll down and choose activity list which is this icon
Then you'll land on this page from where you can create and edit the activities and add both video and docunts, to support the understanding of each activity.
All activities created have a type and an activity group attached.
To create a new activity click ''New''
You can create activities and choose what type it is. Creating the activity you can choose if it should be a training, test, individual self-training or strength.
Afterwards, you need to choose what activity group you would like to attach it to.
Notice. In the ''Manage units'' menu (in the Admin module) you can add more units, if you are missing units in the creation of a test. Find out how through this separate article
Adding videos and documents in addition to an activity:
- Video: To attach a video you need to insert a link from either youtube or Vimeo
- Documents: To attach a document (ex. a PDF,Word,PowerPoint) you need to upload to Google Docs and insert the shareable link.
