If you have problems synchronizing on your app try the following:
- Test your internet connection: Open your web-browser on your device and see if it works properly. If you can't get acces to other sites either, the problem is your internet connection and not the 4SCOUT app. However, if you are able to see other websites then there's a problem in the 4SCOUT app and you should try the next steps.
- Go to settings in your app and type username and password again. If authetication fails it means that you enter the wrong login details. If you have forgotten your login details contact your organisation administrator or submit a support request and you will get contacted accordingly by our Support Team.
- If none of the above steps work, then try to uninstall the app and install it again. (IMPORTANT: You will loose all entered data in pending tasks.) Then after reinstallation enter your login details and synchronize.
- If you still have problems with synchronization, then please contact us and we will look into it.
