This guide is for those users who want a quick intro to get started. You will be guided through the most basic functions to get something out of your Talent Bank quickly.
Log in your Talent Bank
- Navigate to https://vtms.eye4talent.com/
- Enter your username and password and click login
Now you can see your 'Calendar', which contains info about upcoming and completed tasks. The amount of info and features depends on who you are (Player, Staff, Scout informer or Admin)
To log out, simply go to "Me" in the menu at the top of the screen and then tap "Log out".
The top menu: At the top right of your Talent Bank you will find your top menu. Here, the number of functions again depends on which user type you are. The various features are briefly described below:
Profiles are players that you want to pay special attention to. For each profile you can collect match reports and performance analyzes. For an overview, you can also organize profiles in "shadow teams", where you can see statistics and graphs for the individual profile.
Here you have an overview of the calendar and the activities. You can view calendar activities for the age groups that you have access to see. In addition, you can keep track of and organize scouting and matches in the ''Create event'' bar. You can see who in your organization has an upcoming task and you can see who has completed their task. In addition, you can find info such as date, team, age group, etc.
Here you can define Talent IDs for scouting and video analysis.
Talent ID contains different, relevant skills and can be tailored as you please. Talent ID can be used to make video clips for video analysis and to scout players based on - through the skills.
For example, if you need to scout a central midfielder with a set of predefined skills then it is a good idea to save these under "Talent ID" when you need to scout a central midfielder in the future.
Here your club's administrator is able to control who should have access to what's in your club. It can for example be that your scout should only have access to scouted players and not every possible analysis that other coaches have done. All this you can customize as you like under "Security".

It is important that you speak the same language throughout your organization. You can do that under "Admin". The administrator in your organization will be able to edit and rename categories in both Talent Bank and on the 4SCOUT app. For example, positions, Talent IDs, skills and much more.
