The Assessment Index is a player's core value calculated from the player's performances in his last five matches. This allows you to easily compare players based on your organization's cultural values. This short post shows you how it is calculated and gives you examples of how to use it.
How is it calculated?
The below table simply shows how the assessment index is calculated from the player's latest five matches. The value is basically the average of the averages. Confused? Hopefully the below table helps:
How can it be used?
The assessment index allows you to easily compare players since it is a single number between 0 and 5 based on your organisation's predefined cultural values. For example when deciding team compositions across age groups in your organisation you can easily compare players at the same position as below using the Talent Bank's "Target Teams" feature.
